Solgården is a care home located in scenic surroundings in Virum. We prioritise that everyday life is homely for our residents, with cozy moments and quality of life.

We need young students who might be interested in giving our elderly residents a daily life filled with good care and nursing.

We imagine that you are a student, and that you have a strong interest in the social and health field. Communication and empathy are essential for our residents and their families to be met respectfully, and that is why these qualities we top-prioritise.

We are looking for students who wish to work every 3rd weekend in a fixed rotation - with the possibility to bid on extra shifts.

When you work in a fixed weekend rotation you will always be together with a permanent employee and you will get the opportunity to get to know residents and staff well.

You are a person with situational awareness and good collaboration skills, who will take pride in showing warmth to our residents.

We take on the responsibility to train you in nursing - the most important are your human qualifications.

You will work together with social- and health care helpers, social- and health care assistants, other students and nurses.
