About the job

Would you like to be part of a strong secretarial team where professionalism, collaboration and good humour go hand in hand?

The Ear, Nose and Throat Surgical Department at Sønderjylland Hospital in Sønderborg is seeking a trained medical secretary or health administrative coordinator (SAK) for a temporary position. We are expanding our secretarial group due to new specialty tasks, and perhaps it is you we are missing!

This is a temporary position with good opportunities for permanent employment in the future.

Who are we?

The Ear, Nose and Throat Surgical Department is a surgical department where the work mainly takes place on weekdays during the day. Your working hours will typically lie between 08:00 and 15:30 with one day until 16:00. You therefore do not need to worry about weekend shifts.

The department includes several clinics, including a large sleep clinic and an emergency clinic, as well as an operating department. These areas are supported by our secretarial team, ØNHA. In addition, the department has a large hearing clinic with its own secretarial team.

We are a busy department with strong interdisciplinary collaboration, varied tasks and a strong focus on a good working environment. We emphasize that we help each other, trust each other and can laugh together – even when everyday life is busy.

Who will your colleagues be?

You will become part of the ØNHA secretarial group, which consists of five dedicated medical secretaries and will soon have a sixth colleague. We work closely together and continuously coordinate our tasks so that everyday life runs as smoothly as possible – both for the patients and for each other.

We have our own areas of responsibility, but we also take on tasks collectively such as writing, telephone handling and reception. In addition, we have some tasks with patient contact, including handing out sleep monitoring equipment to patients who are being evaluated for sleep apnea.

With us you get both the opportunity to dive into your own areas of responsibility and to be part of a team where we help each other and use each other’s competencies.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

  • Are a trained medical secretary or health administrative coordinator (SAK).
  • Have experience with EPJ Syd.
  • Are flexible and thrive in a daily life where tasks may vary.
  • Have a high work ethic and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • Contribute positively to the collaboration and meet both colleagues and patients with a friendly and accommodating approach.
  • Appreciate humor, good camaraderie and a working day where we also have fun together.

What do we offer you?

We offer you a workplace where you get both professional responsibility, good colleagues and the opportunity to put your own mark on everyday life.

With us you get

  • Engaged and helpful colleagues who are professionally skilled and always ready to lend a hand.
  • A temporary position with good possibilities for permanent employment.
  • Start date 1/1/27, but also possibility earlier or later. We are happy to wait for the right colleague.
  • Flexibility in your weekly hours – we offer up to 37 hours per week, but are also open to a lower number of hours that suits you. However, a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Independent work and areas of responsibility where you can use your competencies and take responsibility.
  • A strong interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues who value each other’s professionalism and contributions.
  • A good working environment with a high degree of autonomy in the team, where we trust each other and find solutions together.
  • A daily life with room for humor and good mood – we are busy, but there should also be room to laugh together.

Would you like to be our new colleague?

We look forward to hearing from you and to finding the right colleague for our team.
