Journeyman Butcher - Packing (Evening shift)

The job entails

• production work – packing (evening)
• covering the foreman during holidays and general absence
• aimed at working on optimizing yields, quality and general operations
• focusing on labor costs and compliance with pay standards
• actively participating in improvement and optimization processes
• in collaboration with the foreman to ensure compliance with environmental and hygiene requirements

We expect that

• you are a trained butcher, but this is not a requirement
• you are willing to participate in a job and personal development program
• you are flexible
• you are ready to take part in leadership responsibilities
• you are good at communicating at eye level

You will join the existing team with a 5-day work week from Monday to Friday on the evening shift as a starting point.
