About the job

As an operations manager you will be responsible for a team of delivery staff and for ensuring that the delivery operation runs efficiently and meets our quality standards. You will be an important part of the daily operations, where planning, coordination and personnel management go hand in hand.

The position focuses on night hours, where you, together with the other operations managers, work to ensure that the delivery is carried out correctly and on time. You will have a varied day-to-day where you must be able to handle urgent challenges and work on solutions that strengthen the operation in the longer term.

You will become part of an operations management group where collaboration and sparring are crucial to find the best solutions and ensure a stable and efficient delivery.

Your key tasks

• Take the daily operational responsibility for a number of delivery staff at your location.
• Plan and coordinate tasks to ensure an efficient delivery.
• Monitor quality and ensure that our standards are met.
• Conduct employee appraisals and follow up on employees' well-being and development.
• Motivate and support your employees in daily operations.
• Collaborate and spar with the other operations managers to optimize workflows and operations.
• Handle challenges in the operation and ensure progress – even when pace is high.

Have several years of leadership experience, preferably from an operations-oriented organization. You are used to taking responsibility, coordinating tasks and ensuring that daily operations run – even when unforeseen situations arise.

• Communicate confidently in both Danish and English, spoken and written.
• Have experience with people management and are motivated by developing your employees.
• Work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and can manage multiple tasks at once.
• Make decisions and act quickly when the situation requires it.

• Have good collaboration skills and actively contribute to shared solutions.

About the team

You will become part of Distribution, where the team is responsible for the delivery in Rødekro. You will work closely with the other operations managers, who together ensure that the delivery is carried out efficiently and on time.

You report to the Senior Operations Manager, who has the overall operational responsibility for the region. Together you work to ensure stable operations, high quality and ongoing improvements.
