Norstat Denmark A/S Odense is looking for about 3-5 telephone interviewers for our evening shift. Whether you see the job as a youth job, part-time job, full-time job, or as a supplement to other jobs or your studies, your application is relevant to us as long as you share our passion for communication and the desire to continually develop yourself.

At Norstat our main task is to deliver neutral and precise data to our customers. We collect opinions and views on a range of relevant topics and guarantee that sales are never included in the job description.

About the job

As an interviewer on our evening shift you work with the most important part of our industry, namely data collection via telephone interviews. Your primary task will be to conduct telephone interviews with private households on topics such as customer experiences, satisfaction measurements, consumer habits, service experiences, etc.

The aim is to collect reliable and neutral data that is used for analyses, research, statistics and polls.

The work is performed at our office in Odense; there is no possibility to work from home.

Work when it suits you

Through our online booking system you choose for yourself when you want to work, so it fits with your studies, leisure time and other plans.

Working hours

• Evening shifts (weekdays): 16:00 – 21:00
• Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday): 11:00 – 17:00

About you

Age and experience are not a barrier – we have employees in all age groups, and you do not need any previous experience. We provide training and the necessary tools, but we emphasize that you:

Salary

Fixed base salary of at least 110 DKK per hour plus holiday pay and a bonus scheme.

The average salary for a new hire is about 125 DKK per hour including bonuses, with 12.5% holiday pay paid into your Holiday Account.
