With us we work in 2 close and multidisciplinary teams around the citizen – both in the home and in our clinics. The tasks are many and include for example

• Coordination of citizen pathways
• Daily triage
• Complex wounds
• Terminal care pathways
• Acute assessments and preventive interventions

We are in full swing to implement holistic care, which means that we strengthen the multidisciplinary collaboration so that nurses, occupational therapists and social and health care workers work even closer together as one united team around the citizen. In the team, the nurse plays a central role in ensuring high nursing quality and coherence in the citizen's care pathway.

The practical

Day shift 7.00-15.00

Weekend shift every 4 weeks

Approximately 6 evening shifts over 8 weeks

Salary according to the applicable collective agreement (DSR)
