Nurse for day shift in Team Tangkrogen

You have an overview of citizens' physical and mental challenges and a focus on prevention and rehabilitation. You are a nurse with a view to the whole person.

You use your nursing expertise in all care with a view to the citizen's overall life situation.

We are looking for a nurse who, together with the other nurses in the team and our interdisciplinary team, will help strengthen the coherence and quality of citizens' pathways.

As an important part of our interdisciplinary team, you will be an active participant in a committed community that works based on the new Elderly Act with a focus on holistic care. Together we create the best framework for citizens to live an active, dignified and independent life in their own home.

Candidate profile.

• You are educated as a nurse and have Danish authorization.
• You preferably have experience with clinical nursing, rehabilitation and prevention.
• You see fundamental care and holistic care as a natural part of your work and actively use your nursing expertise in daily care.
• You are curious about the citizen's overall life situation and have an eye for physical, psychological and social needs.
• You are motivated to support citizens' health and functional ability so they can be as self-reliant as possible and live the life they want.
• You thrive with long-term relationships with citizens and relatives and with following up on citizens' development.
• You see the value in interdisciplinary collaboration and actively contribute with your knowledge and observations.

Some of your tasks

• Provide holistic care, carefully planned according to the Elderly Act's principles.
• Coordinate the nursing care efforts around the citizen.
• Observe, triage, assess and document the citizen's health and functional level.
• Perform basic and holistic nursing care, especially in complex problems.
• Participate in interdisciplinary assessment.
• Carry out and relay nursing tasks with responsibility and overview.
• Ensure coherence and quality in the citizen's journal in collaboration with colleagues.
• Discuss health and medical issues at interdisciplinary conferences.
• Assume the role of care pathway manager in both simple and complex citizen pathways.

The team

Care and Rehabilitation, Team Tangkrogen, is located in pleasant surroundings close to Tivoli Friheden and Aarhus Bay.

Our team consists of around 50 social and health care assistants, social and health helpers as well as permanent substitutes.

There is attached a competence-developing nurse and a therapist to the team. Their primary task is to support and guide staff through citizen pathways.

You will primarily have day shifts and a weekend shift about every fourth weekend.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is intended to commence 01.12.2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

Salary and terms of employment according to applicable collective agreement and after concrete negotiation with the negotiating professional organization.

Weekly hours: 37 hours.
