At Leve Bo Rosengården we are seeking an engaged and professionally strong nurse for a maternity cover as a center nurse.

About Rosengården

Leve Bo Rosengården is centrally located in Sæby and comprises 64 residences spread over five units with both a somatic unit, a respite unit and specialized dementia units.

We work from a basis of person-centered care, where the resident’s life story, wishes, needs and resources are the foundation of the care. Our ambition is to create safe, dignified and meaningful everyday life for the residents.

Your role with us

You will become part of a team of three center nurses who together have responsibility for the nursing care at Rosengården.

As a center nurse you will have a varied daily life with both clinical tasks, professional sparring and development. You will be an important partner for colleagues, management, relatives and external partners.

Your tasks will include

• To handle complex nursing and treatment tasks.
• To work with early detection, triage and prevention.
• To support the quality of health professional documentation.
• To contribute with professional sparring, teaching and competency development.
• To collaborate with relatives, care home doctors and dementia consultants.
• To contribute to the development of nursing practice.

• Is a licensed nurse with solid professional expertise.
• Has an interest in or experience with the dementia field.
• Works independently and thrives in close interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Wants to share your knowledge and develop your colleagues’ professional skills.
• Maintains an overview in a changing daily life.
• Meets residents, relatives and colleagues with presence, respect and recognition.

Practical information

• Position: Maternity cover as center nurse.
• Hours: Generally 37 hours per week, but other hours can be agreed.
• Working hours: Primarily daytime on weekdays. Some afternoons, weekends and holidays may occur.
• Commencement: January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible.
