Nurse for the outpatient clinic, which is part of the Psychiatric Center Ballerup

Your daily life

You will become part of one of our F-ACT teams (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment) , where we provide intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment to patients with diagnoses within the psychosis spectrum and patients with non-psychotic conditions and low functional level. The team handles treatment of citizens living in Gladsaxe- Furesø municipality. You will join a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, recovery-mentors, secretaries and social workers.

Your daily life will include ambulatory function with you as clinical contact person as well as participation in F-ACT board meetings, multidisciplinary conferences and network meetings. We work with crisis plans, motivational conversations, suicide prevention, violence risk assessments, substance abuse treatment, medication administration and we have different group offerings. The team has regular supervision and there is always opportunity for sparring with the other colleagues in the team.

We are implementing over the coming years a new integrated treatment offer to patients with dual diagnoses (mental illness and concurrent substance problems). Our expectations of you

• You ideally have experience within the psychiatric specialty
• It is advantageous to be familiar with KAT and DAT
• You are a team player and have an easy smile

Who we are

The outpatient clinic is part of the Psychiatric Center Ballerup, under Herlev and Gentofte Hospital. The outpatient clinic is geographically located at Gladsaxe Møllevej 15. 2860 Søborg. The outpatient clinic is organized with 2 F-ACT teams and a residence team. We are about 40 employees.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is 37 hours per week, preferably with start date 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

Working hours in the outpatient clinic are Monday to Friday.

The position requires a driving license, as we have a mobile function and make home visits.

You will be employed in accordance with the agreement for non-management staff in the Health Cartel area. During the employment you are covered by the current working time agreement entered into between Regions Pay and Tariff Board and the Danish Nurses Organization.

The outpatient clinic is open during daytime hours Monday-Friday. As a newly employed nurse you will also be attached to a specific 24-hour unit, where you participate in on-call work on Saturdays and Sundays every 6 weeks. We will of course prepare you well for the task. This happens in the form of an individual introduction program, knowledge sharing and sparring with colleagues. And it also happens in the form of ongoing competence development based on your experiences and needs.
