In the role you will among other things

• collaborate closely across the team and contribute to a strong professional community
• work with development, quality and good work processes
• lead in guidance, teaching and sparring – both to colleagues and students
• participate in a close collaboration with external partners, the house doctor, residents and their relatives
• help create the best solutions across professions

We are a well-functioning nursing home with high professionalism and many skilled employees. We are also a large educational institution for social- and health care assistant students and nursing students, and you will therefore play an important role in their learning environment.

There are planned collaborations across several nursing homes on weekends and holidays, where you as a nurse assist with both planned complex tasks and acute situations. A late shift every 14 days and a weekend shift about every 10 weeks are planned.

We would like to point out that the position lies within the round-the-clock area. At present, service is expected mainly to be day shifts.

Your profile

You thrive in a multidisciplinary environment where collaboration and professionalism go hand in hand, and you naturally take responsibility for raising the professional level – both in daily work and closely with the residents. You are stable, flexible and persistent, and you work in a structured way with good overview, so you can plan and prioritise your tasks safely. You have experience with varied and complex nursing tasks.

You communicate constructively and manage to create positive relationships around you. Knowledge of Cura is an advantage, and you thrive in a daily life where there may be many balls in the air. At the same time you can see yourself in the role of mentor and sparring partner for students and contribute to a learning environment where professional development is the focus.

Salary and employment terms

The position is hoped to be filled on 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

Salary and employment terms according to applicable collective agreement and after concrete negotiation with the representing professional organisation.

Weekly working hours: 37 hours.
