You will be part of a very exciting everyday life in connection with the implementation of the Health Reform. You will be part of both the upcoming health and care wards and part of the roaming acute function. You will have fantastic colleagues and good physical premises.

As part of the implementation of the Health Reform, we will from 1 January 2027 transition to the region in our new department, Borgernær Sundhed. The purpose of the health reform is, among other things, to create more equality in health and to strengthen the local health services. Borgernær Sundhed is a department that, among others, all health and care wards as well as the roaming acute teams from the 6 municipalities, attached to Gødstrup, belong to.

We are really looking forward to all the new. We will, among other things, switch to EPJ, have a medication room and switch to “Min Medicin”, have doctors affiliated who come in person and with whom we can always dialogue digitally 24/7.

There are new quality standards, and the new visitation guidelines for the health and care wards and the acute function are now out for consultation. All municipalities connected to Borgernær Sundhed in Gødstrup must be part of the visitation to all health and care wards and the visitation of the roaming tasks in all 6 municipalities. This means that we will handle the visitation with 2 nurses in day shifts every 6th weekday and likewise contribute every 6th weekend 24/7 and in all shifts. It will be a really exciting task. We start with 3 experienced nurses for this exciting task.

You will have about 22-25 skilled and engaged nursing colleagues and a further 42 experienced interdisciplinary colleagues. You will get the best colleagues, with a focus on community, professionalism and well-being.

We are seeking 2-3 nurses on 37 hours, as we are expanding the tasks with, among other things, the visitation task. We will also expand with 6 places during 2027, so we are looking for new nurses.

If you wish for a lower number of hours than 37, there is also an option for that. You will be included in a on-call schedule with weekend shifts every 3rd or 4th weekend depending on what you prefer. You can prefer mainly day shifts with a few evening shifts – or you can choose between mainly day shifts and fewer night shifts. There may also be an option for a fixed night shift, if desired.

The position is intended to be filled on 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible.

For the temporary placements and for the acute function, you will receive a really good introduction program, tailored to your needs. You will be trained in both functions, so you can both be out on assignments and be on the health and care wards. You must therefore have a driving license.
