Nutrition Assistant Wanted for Filskov Frail-Care Home

Nutrition assistant/cook or similar with professional education sought for Filskov Friplejehjem.

We are a nursing home with 36 apartments, where the core values are: community, respect and a homely atmosphere. Life should be lived and enjoyed, which also includes good and tasty food. We cook for about 60 people.

We have a production kitchen where we prepare food from scratch with good Danish ingredients. The food is central and very important for the elderly residents. We prepare hot/cold meals that are nutritious as well as diets for those who need them. We eat hot meals at midday and the meal consists of 2 courses. Most staff eat together with the residents to create a homely atmosphere and help at the table. In the evening there are open-faced sandwiches, a warm dish, fruit and the like. We bake bread and cakes ourselves.
