We have many years of experience with cruises and tailor-made trips and have customers in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

What will you be working with?

As an apprentice you will be part of our sales team and receive thorough training in both sales, customer dialogue, cruises, destinations, cruise lines and our various systems.

As you become more experienced, you will take on more responsibility for your own customers and bookings.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Advising customers about cruises, cruise lines and destinations
• Sales and composition of individual cruise trips
• Needs assessment and helping the customer to find the perfect trip
• Preparation and follow-up on offers
• Customer contact by phone and email
• Upselling of, for example, flights, hotels, transfers, insurance and other add-ons
• Follow-up with existing customers and new sales opportunities
• Booking and administration in our various systems
• Attending fairs, customer events, ship visits and other events
• Ongoing product training and teaching in cruise lines and destinations

You will not be sitting next to and watching. The goal is that during your apprenticeship you develop to be able to handle your own customers and sales.

And because we are a company where we help each other, there will naturally also be practical and administrative tasks along the way.

We are looking for you who

• Enjoy working with sales and are motivated by contact with customers
• Are interested in travel and want to learn a completely new industry
• Are good at talking to different people and dare to pick up the phone and advise customers
• Are service-minded, but at the same time have a commercial mindset
• Are positive, curious and have plenty of drive
• Thrive with targets and enjoy the feeling of achieving a good result
• Can keep an overview, even when it is busy
• Are structured and follow your tasks and customers through to the end
• Are accustomed to IT and learn new systems easily
• Speak and write Danish and can communicate in English
• Have completed EUX or HHX or a general upper-secondary education supplemented with a relevant EUS program with a focus on office

If you already have experience from part-time jobs or work with sales, customer service or customer contact, that is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement.

We will teach you the rest.
