OK-Fonden, Høng Erhvervsskole are seeking hourly paid staff for day, evening, night and weekend shifts.

Who are we?

We are a psychiatric residential facility that functions as a home for adults with various psychiatric and social challenges. Some also with substance use. All residents are referred under SEL §107.

Høng Erhvervsskole offers frameworks that enable residents to actively participate in their own lives and to have a structured daily routine, based on each individual's wishes and needs.

Our foundation is built on the idea that it is in safety and trust between us that we all develop and grow. Furthermore, we believe that it is the community that is the foundation for creating meaning for the individual.

In addition to our environment-therapeutic living unit, we also have a large and lovely workshop that is actively used every day by our residents.

At Høng Erhvervsskole we are a collegiate group of several different professional disciplines and competencies. Common to us all is that we are passionate about our daily life together with the residents, value being good role models, and that we enjoy laughing loudly with each other.

We set expectations for each other to be professional and professionally capable and to want to become even more skilled. We prioritize room for reflection and professional development through participation in supervision, collegial sparring and professional theme days. We work across disciplines because we believe that collaboration between different disciplines and personalities is a prerequisite for success.

At Høng Erhvervsskole we work from a recovery-oriented rehabilitative approach. That is, we start from the individual’s wishes and dreams as the human being we carry with us every day when we are with our residents. We are professionally well-qualified and also bring our personal interests and competencies into the working life, which strengthens the breadth of our treatment offerings.

Would you like to join our community with the residents?

We are looking for someone who is educated in pedagogy, social work or health professions... Or perhaps you are a student within these fields and would really like to gain some practical experience to carry forward.

Your primary task as a hourly-paid environmental-therapeutic employee is, together with colleagues in a cross-disciplinary team, to support the residents with daily structure and tasks, so that everyday life becomes meaningful, coherent and developing for the individual.

We see it as a strength that you know yourself and your values and can convey them to create followers. You know that all people are experts in their own life, and therefore you have respect and understanding for others' dreams and norms.

The practical

• You should preferably be able to come to work at short notice.
• You should be able to slot into shifts with us at regular intervals.
• salary and employment terms according to collective agreement.

Start as soon as possible

Note that it is a prerequisite for employment that you have a driver's license for a standard car.
