On-call substitutes sought for Kirstinevang Kindergarten

We are seeking on-call substitutes for Kirstinevang kindergarten with employment as soon as possible.

Your most important tasks

• Plan and carry out activities with the children
• Be recognizing and create good relationships with the children
• That you can create a good child environment in the classroom, where the children in the classroom feel safe and have a predictable and secure everyday life, where they can develop.

Who are we

Distrito Baltorp has seven kindergartens, of which Kirstinevang is one. The other kindergartens are Kirstinevang, Grantoften, Bispevangen, Askelunden, Platanbuen and Kornblomsten.

The district's pedagogical practice is reflected in the Municipality of Ballerup’s Children and Young People Strategy “Togetherness for all – All in together”, which is based on a common systemic and recognizing view of children and young people, where participation in inclusive

Employment process and salary

Start date is December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible.

We hold interviews as we receive applications.

The position is as an on-call substitute.

Application deadline: 16 November 2026

We offer salary and employment terms according to the collective agreement for educational aides and educational assistants in municipalities.

Appointment is based on the principles of local pay formation and in agreement with the negotiating organization.

The salary range for the position as on-call substitute is 166.59 DKK per hour.

The final salary is set after negotiation between the employer and the union with the right to negotiate on the relevant collective agreement area. Salary depends, among other things, on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
