The position

Skovbo is taking in more children – and therefore we are looking for a new colleague for 32–37 hours per week with the possibility of every second or every third weekend by agreement.

Music is already an important part of life at Skovbo – but we want to strengthen it even more. You will become part of a community where we together use music and creativity as a natural part of our pedagogical practice.

You bring the musical into play in everyday life – through rhythm, sound, movement and mood – so that children and young people have the opportunity to sense, feel and participate.

About Skovbo

Skovbo is a children and youth home with support stays for children and young people with substantial and lasting reduced functioning, autism and related pervasive developmental disorders.

Our three wings – Blæksprutten (the Octopus), Lærken (the Lark) and Sommerfuglen (the Butterfly) – house both children and youth groups.

All children and young people need extensive support in daily life – but to varying degrees and in different areas.

The common thread is that they need clear adults who, based on the child’s perspective and life world, support meaning, structure and relationships that enable well-being, participation and development.

Core task and pedagogical vision

At Skovbo, our core task is to create well-being, development and learning for children and young people in close collaboration with their families. We want every child to go to bed each evening with the assurance that they are wanted and loved – in an atmosphere of joy, safety, engagement and experiences.

We work with professional pride, relational understanding and a strong culture of collaboration, where we continuously learn from and with each other – both internally and in collaboration with external professionals. Practical

• the position: 32–37 hours per week
• working hours: between 6:00 and 22:00 (morning/evening)
• weekend duty: every second or every third weekend by agreement
• salary and terms: according to current collective agreement and Ny Løn
