Pedagogue or PAU wanted for our forest kindergarten

Are you enthusiastic about outdoor life, nature and pedagogy, and would you like to give children experiences and communities in the forest?

About the job We are looking for a trained educator or PAU for our kindergarten, where the forest is a natural part of the children's daily life.

Here you have the opportunity to actively use nature in the pedagogical work and create frameworks for play, curiosity, movement and immersion.

We work with common themes through an annual cycle and are focused on how we as adults position ourselves and support children's play and development – both in the forest and on the playground.

We are looking for you who want to contribute with ideas, engagement and professional perspectives on how we can develop our forest pedagogy.

You don't need to have answers to everything, but we hope that you want to be curious, try out new ideas and develop the pedagogical practice together with us.

About Mariehøj Children's House We are an integrated day services with four infant groups and three kindergarten groups, all with a forest profile.

In the kindergarten we use the forest and the playground as active learning spaces, where children can explore nature, challenge themselves and be part of strong communities.

We place emphasis on a good working environment, where we help each other, share our experiences and have room for both professional sparring and new ideas.

Terms of employment The position is in principle full-time and to start as soon as possible. Employment is according to the applicable collective agreement.
