About the position

At Nøddebo, the work is based on the individual citizen's wishes, needs and goals, as described in VUM 2.0. We work closely with the residents to create a daily life characterized by quality of life, development and the greatest possible independence.

The interventions are documented in Nexus and include both pedagogical and health care perspectives. The documentation is done in collaboration with the citizen and supports a systematic and targeted effort.

We work interdisciplinary with a basis in a daily life characterized by safety, recognizability and predictability. Our professional practice is inspired by Low Arousal, Gentle Teaching and an appreciative approach.

About Nøddebo

Nøddebo is part of the Ørum Area and is a 24-hour offering in the Social Area for adults with significant and lasting mental and physical functional impairments. Residents have a need for support, care and practical help in daily life, and there is a waking night shift.
