We are looking for pedagogues who are passionate about being with the children in small and large communities

We are looking for pedagogues with good energy and engagement, who want to be an important part of our strong working community in the SFO and the school. With us, the SFO is a central part of the children's everyday life, where there is room for play, creativity, immersion, friendships and strong communities.

In school you become an important part of a class team, where you together with many skilled teachers and pedagogues form the framework for a school where all children can participate and take part in play and learning activities.

We want a colleague who sees the SFO as an educational space with great importance for the children's well-being and development. You should want to be close to the children, build good relationships and help develop an exciting and varied free time, where all children feel they belong.

A SFO with room for play, community and pedagogical professionalism

In our SFO we work purposefully with the children's well-being, relationships and opportunities to participate. We want an SFO where children can both immerse themselves, be creative, move, play and be part of different communities.

As a pedagogue you will have an active role in daily life and the opportunity to put your pedagogical influence on activities, workshops and projects. We emphasize that our employees use their professional knowledge, creativity and interests to create a varied and inspiring everyday life for the children.

We also work closely with the school, so the children experience coherence between school and the SFO. You will therefore be part of both the pedagogical work around the children in the school and the strong community in the SFO.
