The Duetten Village Scheme is seeking a dedicated and professional pedagogue for a permanent position of 37 hours per week with commencement on December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

About the Duetten Village Scheme

The Duetten Village Scheme is part of Gistrup School, Fjellerad Department, and is located in scenic surroundings south of Aalborg. The village scheme consists of a school, kindergarten, DUS and a junior club, which provides good opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration and a cohesive view of the children across their daily life.

In the kindergarten, we are staffed for 42 children aged 3-6 years. We work in two age-integrated groups with fixed pedagogues attached, while placing a high value on the community across the house. We see it as a shared responsibility to create participation opportunities and developmental learning environments for all children.

Our pedagogical practice is rooted in strong children's communities, the child’s perspective and an appreciative view of humanity. We work systematically with early identification, language development and the development of learning environments where play, relationships and participation are central driving forces.
