Pedagogical staff sought for weekend cover, Ishøj

Do you have a strong pedagogical profile, are you present and patient, then you might be the one we’re looking for.

We are looking for a dedicated and caring pedagogical staff member for a task where you will support a child with a focus on safety, well-being, development and participation in activities.

About the child and the task

The boy aged 4 needs close 1:1 support to participate in activities and daily routines. He needs clear guidance, support and adult contact in almost all situations.

He is nonverbal and communicates, among other things, by making some sounds and by taking an adult by the hand and showing what he wants. For example, it can be leading the adult to the fridge when he is hungry. Therefore it is important that you are attentive to his signals and can read his needs, even when they are not expressed in words.

An important part of the task will be to support him in participating in activities, creating positive experiences and gradually developing his communicative and social skills based on his individual prerequisites.

The boy enjoys playing with playdough and cars. He loves being active and especially enjoys going out to playgrounds and going for walks where he can explore his surroundings.
