Educator sought for the children at Bihuset Døgn

Bihuset Døgn is seeking an engaged and professionally curious trained pedagog, as we are about to welcome a new child. Therefore we need more skilled colleagues who want to help create safe, developing and meaningful environments for the children.

At Bihuset we work with the individual child’s inward perspective. We are focused on understanding the child’s experience of the world and meeting the child with curiosity, respect and professional reflection. Our approach includes TEACCH, KRAP and LA2U, which help form the basis for our pedagogical work and our understanding of the individual child’s needs and prerequisites.

We work purposefully to create a daily life where the individual child experiences being understood, met and supported in their development.

Experience with autism is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important is that you want to learn, are professionally curious and want to make a difference for the children.

Working hours and terms

Bihuset Døgn is open year-round, and our work follows the children’s needs and daily life. You must be prepared for varying working hours, including day, evening and weekend work as well as work on holidays.
