Pedagogical support in her own home (Vejle) for a woman with autism

As soon as possible in Vejle - seeking engaged pedagogical support for a woman in her own home.

Committed support with pedagogical background, knowledge and/or experience is sought to provide support to a young woman in her late 30s, who needs specialized help in the form of §85 and §83 supported hours. The position involves an important role in supporting the client in her daily life and development.

It is important that you have

• Relevant pedagogical education or solid pedagogical knowledge, especially in relation to individuals with autism and the challenges that accompany this diagnosis.
• Mental and physical robustness, as the work is demanding.
• Ability to distinguish between professional and private/personal roles

Work tasks

• Provide daily support to the woman
• Participate in a team consisting of 3-4 people, where you together cover each other’s hours during holidays and illness.
• Minimum 38 minutes of presence with the woman daily, which can vary up to about 3 hours of presence.
• Providing telephone support twice daily of 15 minutes, including one call between 20:00 and 22:00, planned in collaboration with the woman and the team.

• Joint supervision in the team, as well as individual supervision as needed.
