The outreach team seeks a social and employment counselor

The social psychiatry in Høje Taastrup works purposefully to develop a recovery-based rehabilitation effort.

Your tasks will include §85 services, where there will be professional challenges. Work is carried out according to the performance targets developed according to the national adult assessment method (VUM 2.0). There may be tasks under §99 at Bomiljø Thorsholm as well as the standalone service KOMPAS.

• Coordinate the effort with the citizen in a proper and dignified manner
• Focus on - and preferably experience with - collaborating with the many actors around the citizen
• Can build a bridge between the citizen and the surrounding community
• Contribute to a dynamic and developing collaboration in the team
• Have a focus on systematics, documentation and follow-up in the pedagogical work

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant education and preferably experience in the area
• Can prioritise diverse tasks
• Is engaged and meets the target group in an empathetic and acknowledging manner
• Has good collaboration skills
• Can speak, understand and write Danish

The position is 37 hours per week with a working time that sometimes extends beyond 16:00.

Start date January 1 or as soon as possible.
