About the job

Plejehjemmet Kildemosen is looking for a new colleague who wants to co-create a good and meaningful everyday life for our residents. We are in full swing implementing the new Elderly Act. We work with holistic care, and we place high value on residents' self-determination, the rehabilitative aim, and contact with family, communities and civil society. You will become an important part of this process.

We are seeking 2 pedagogues/pedagogical assistants for permanent positions.

We expect that you

• are trained as a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant
• have the desire and ability to work rehabilitatively and person-centered to support the individual resident's self-determination, wishes, needs, and daily well-being.
• actively participate in holistic care; personal care and other practical tasks concerning a resident (experience not a requirement), and relational work/social-pedagogical efforts.
• dare to bring your professional expertise into play, be curious about others' perspectives and actively contribute to us finding good professional solutions together.
• thrive in interdisciplinary collaboration and respect different professional areas and competencies.
• always see the person before disease, and meet residents, family/relatives and colleagues with respect, openness and integrity.
• can work within applicable instructions and guidelines, and work in a structured, responsible way with a eye for both professionalism and relationships.
• are familiar with daily documentation, and you preferably have knowledge of CURA.

About Kildemosen

Plejehjemmet Kildemosen is located in Tranebjerg in the heart of Samsø, about 10 minutes from the ferries from both Jutland and Zealand. The nursing home has 34 apartments spread over four houses with common courtyards and sensory garden. Each apartment has direct access to its own terrace.

The workplace is Plejehjemmet Kildemosen, Kildemosen 1-4, Tranebjerg, 8305 Samsø.

It will be a great advantage if you want to be part of our lovely local community, but it is not a requirement. Samsø Municipality is a small and well-functioning municipality that would like to show the world that Samsø is both a wonderful holiday island and a great place to live and work all year round.

Employment terms

Salary and terms of employment according to applicable collective agreement between the relevant professional organization and Samsø Municipality. Salary according to Local pay principles.

Working hours: 30-37 hours per week

Work hours: Mixed day and evening shifts

Weekend shift every 2nd weekend

We are open to creating a position that fits you – we can offer both permanent positions and temporary appointments.

We wish to fill the position as soon as possible – but no later than 1 January 2027.
