At Rosenbakken we are looking for a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant for our kindergarten. A colleague who wants to make a difference for children aged 3 to 6 – and who also wants to be part of a work community where we develop together.

With us a completely ordinary Tuesday can include mud on the boots, singing in the cloakroom, big questions on the playground and a game that suddenly develops into something no one had planned.

We sing, jump, clap and wave. We use nature, the forest, the fjord and the beach as part of the children's everyday life. And we know that some of the most important pedagogical moments arise in the unexpected – when we are close to the children, follow their initiatives and help them find their place in the community.

We are not looking for someone who can just keep day-to-day going. We are looking for someone who wants to help make it valuable.

We believe that good pedagogy starts with relationships. That children should meet adults who are curious about them, take their perspective seriously and help them into play when it's difficult.

It requires professionalism. It requires reflection. And it requires colleagues who dare to share their thoughts, ask questions and learn from each other.

We are Nature's Learning House and a certified Sangglad-institution. Nature, song and movement are therefore not just something we arrange when the calendar allows. They are part of our pedagogical foundation.

We are a kindergarten house with a nursery of 15 children and a kindergarten with about 80-90 children. Rosenbakken is part of Daycare North together with Skov Kindergarten, Adventure House, SpilLoppen and the Knowledge Group.

In the position you will have tasks as a contact person such as parent conversations, interdisciplinary meetings (TVÆRS), well-being assessments and language assessments. You must therefore be willing to both the close work with the children and the collaboration around their well-being and development.

You don't need to know it all from day one. We do expect, however, that you want to take responsibility, be curious and contribute to the community.

We are looking for both pedagogues and pedagogical assistants who want to become part of Rosenbakken.

We have two options

• Fixed position: 37 hours per week with start on January 1, 2027.
• Maternity leave substitute: 37 hours per week with start on March 1, 2027.

Both positions are in the kindergarten, where the children are between 3 and 6 years old.
