Part-time Bartender for Tamashii

In November, Norrlyst Koncernen will open the doors to Tamashii - a new ambitious restaurant project on one of Copenhagen's most unique locations

Tamashii means “soul” in Japanese, and the kitchen will be modern Asian with Henrik Jyrk's personal imprint. The ambition is high, with technique and ingredient quality at the sharp end, but without the formality often associated with fine dining.

From kitchen and service to wine list and interior, Tamashii is created with a ambition to reach Michelin level.

The role

The position is part-time/on-call.

You work in a fast-paced environment with high standards, where you help ensure that guests have an experience that is efficient, attentive and smoothly functioning.

You make cocktails, serve wine and drinks and are at the same time involved in creating the atmosphere that makes the bar a place guests want to linger.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a bartender – preferably from a busy and ambitious bar or restaurant.
• Have solid understanding of cocktails, spirits and/or wine.
• Thrives in a fast pace and maintains an overview in service.
• Is outgoing, approachable and good at making contact with guests.
• Is a team player, contributing to good energy behind the bar.
• Wants to develop your skills and become even sharper in the craft.
