About the job

Are you the type who loves talking to people, easily persuades, and at the same time has a heart in the right place? Then this job may be the most meaningful part-time job you will ever have.

To the Danish Animal Protection Association Sales & Service team we are looking for engaged and outgoing employees who want to use their gift of gab to make a real difference for animals in Denmark. It's not about closing sales at any price. It's about conveying the animals' cause with passion, integrity and impact.

What do we offer you?

With us you don't get commission – you get something better

  • A meaningful job that makes a real difference
  • A good, fixed hourly wage, paid lunch break and pleasant surroundings
  • An inspiring work environment with focus on development, community and good energy
  • A job with high professionalism and clear values, where we are ambitious both with our results and our ethics

You will become part of our Sales & Service department, where you as a fundraiser will be thoroughly prepared for the task:

  • Thorough training in both animal welfare, conversation- and sales techniques
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback, so you continually improve
  • Performance conversations and development conversations, because we invest in you

Are you the right fit?

We are looking for you who

  • Naturally comfortable talking to strangers and thrive on persuading
  • Have a strong presence and can break through in a phone call
  • Have interest in and perhaps already knowledge about animal welfare and nonprofit work
  • Are eager to learn, responsible and motivated – both for results and for the cause
  • Speak and understand Danish without problems

You do not need experience – the most important is that you have a sales gene and a big heart for animals.

Practical info

  • You must be able to take two shifts per week of 5 hours
  • You will be assigned to the evening team: Shifts are from 15:00 to 20:00 Monday to Thursday.
  • You work from our secretariat in Søborg – only 3 minutes from Buddinge Station
  • Start-up includes two mandatory, paid introductory days. The time will be provided in connection with hiring.
