Pedagogical Advisor for the Foundation Botilbudet Græskobbel

Would you like to help create a clear through-line between the citizens' goals, the pedagogical effort, the documentation, and the concrete practice?

The Græskobbel Residential Foundation (Fonden Botilbudet Græskobbel) is seeking a pedagogical professional advisor who will help strengthen and maintain the professional quality across our departments.

The position is cross-cutting and practice-oriented, where you will play a central role in supporting staff, contact persons, coordinators and management in the work around our citizens.

Your primary workplace will be at our Østkystvejen department. Here you will have your daily anchor and be close to the pedagogical practice, the staff and the citizen pathways. At the same time, you should be able to work across Græskobbel’s other departments when there is a need for professional sparring, follow-up or coordination.

This is not a management position. Your task will instead be to be a clear professional sparring partner who can create structure, coherence and follow-up in the pedagogical effort.

About the position

As a pedagogical professional advisor you will help ensure coherence between

· The citizen's prescribed intervention

· Municipal goals and VUM 2.0

· Internal objectives and sub-goals

· The concrete pedagogical practice

· The daily documentation

· Evaluation and status descriptions

· Risk assessments and relevant professional follow-up points

You must be able to move between the overarching professional perspective and the very concrete everyday life around the citizen.

Therefore, the position requires that you can work systematically while also understanding the reality that staff face.

Your primary base at Østkystvejen

Although the function is cross-cutting, Østkystvejen will be your primary workplace and your professional main base.

That means a significant part of your daily presence will be at Østkystvejen, where you should:

· Be close to the daily pedagogical practice.

· Support staff and contact persons with professional sparring.

· Contribute to structure around goals, documentation, risk assessments and citizen reviews.

· Follow up that professional decisions and agreements are translated into practice.

· Have particular knowledge of the current citizen pathways and professional issues in the department.

· Contribute to creating continuity, clarity and common professional direction in everyday life.

Additionally, it is expected that you, as needed, work across Græskobbel’s other departments.

Your central tasks

· Support staff in working with VUM 2.0, intervention goals, sub-goals and progression.

· Quality assure the pedagogical documentation and support that the documentation is relevant, concrete and usable.

· Help staff and contact persons translate professional goals and decisions into concrete pedagogical practice.

· Plan and support structured citizen reviews.

· Ensure follow-up on professional agreements and contribute to turning decisions into practice.

· Provide practice-oriented professional sparring to staff and contact persons.

· Support teams and contact persons in working with risk assessments.

· Contribute to professional quality and coherence in status descriptions and other professional descriptions in cooperation with relevant staff and our social worker.

· Contribute to the implementation of new professional workflows, methods and decisions.

· Support on-the-job learning, professional reflection and a common professional language.

· By agreement with management, could take on a special coordinating role in complex or new citizen pathways.

· Identify professional challenges and pass relevant issues on to management.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a relevant social or pedagogical education and solid experience with pedagogical work in the specialized social field.

We particularly value that you

· Have strong pedagogical understanding and can translate theory and professional decisions into practice.

· Have experience with documentation and can see the connection between goals, observations, actions and progression.

· Have experience with or an in-depth knowledge of VUM 2.0 and working with municipal goals.

· Can review documentation professionally and give constructive and usable feedback.

· Can create structure and overview in complex citizen pathways.

· Have an eye for risk assessment and systematic professional follow-up.

· Are good at professional sparring and can make other staff professionally stronger without taking over their responsibilities.

· Can stand clearly in a cross-cutting function and collaborate with different professional groups.

· Can uphold professional agreements and follow up on them in a proper and respectful manner.

· Can work independently while also knowing the boundary between professional coordination and managerial responsibility.

You work across the Græskobbel Foundation, but Østkystvejen is your primary base and daily anchor.

You collaborate closely with management, the social worker, coordinators, contact persons and other staff.

The role has a professional coordinating mandate, but no personnel management.

Personnel responsibility, official matters, working hours, finances, staffing and other operational decisions remain with management.

You must be able to be professionally clear without developing the role into a parallel management layer.

The salary framework for the position for a pedagog with 10 years of experience is: 35,901.58 DKK
