Who are we

Børnehuset Erritsø is an independent institution, consisting of Agerkrogen and Bakkely.

The standard staffing in department Agerkrogen is approx. 40 children, and we receive children aged 3-6 years. Here the children are divided into four primary groups and the house is functionally organized.

Our aim – through an active collaboration with the parents – is to promote a versatile development of all children in the institutions. We work from an appreciative approach based on NPRP – neuropsychological relational pedagogy and the child perspective in focus.

Børnehuset Erritsø is part of the Erritsø and Fjordbakke district, which consists of eight municipal institutions. We have a good and rewarding collaboration with the district management, which means that we follow the municipality's and district's pedagogical guidelines and policies.

Salary and employment terms

In accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and the negotiating organization.

A criminal record check will be obtained upon hire. Employment is conditional on the criminal record check being without remarks of significance for performing the specific position

Child certificate

Upon employment, which includes work with children and youths, a child certificate will be obtained. Employment is conditional on a child certificate without remarks.

Fredericia Municipality offers the "Fredericia Allowance" to all pedagogues/pedagogical assistants as recognition of work with inclusive and participation-promoting children’s communities.

The position is 37 hours.

We are however open to negotiating the number of hours for the right employee.

Start 1 January 2027 or as soon as possible.
