Engaged and attentive pedagogical assistant sought for the nursery at Børnehuset Klokkervej, Åbyhøj

The position is a permanent position at 37 hours per week from 16 November or as soon as possible thereafter.

At Børnehuset Klokkervej the focus is to create a safe childhood with high quality in interaction and relationships, and with a focus on play and strong child communities. Daily life is characterized by a recognizable structure, where the positive, present and appreciative contact between child and adult is always the driving element. We are employed to ensure wellbeing, learning, development and formation for all children. This we do, among other things, through good professional collaboration, clear organization and activities that stimulate the children based on interests and development level.

Børnehuset Klokkervej is part of Åbyhøj Dagtilbud, which consists of 6 departments.

We have a total of 86 wonderful children aged 0-6 years, distributed across two departments. The nursery has two groups with 13 children each, and in the kindergarten there are three groups with 20 children in each.

We are centrally located in Åbyhøj with a lovely large playground and direct access to both a lake, park and nature. There is walking distance to the library, local playgrounds and bus 15 stops right outside the door.

We are a staff group of about 20 people with a wide range in age and experience. We value our good working environment, collaborate across the whole house and are committed to talking about things and developing our practice in a professional and trusting manner.

We make an effort to warmly welcome new colleagues, and to provide room for new ideas and professional reflections. There is close follow-up during onboarding, so you can receive help and support to get started very well.

The house has a well-functioning production kitchen, as well as a resourceful and engaged parent group that supports annual traditions, such as parent cafes, grandparents’ days, summer party, etc.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary is determined after negotiations with the competent trade union based on qualifications.
