Grønbjerghjemmet is located in the scenic Grønbjerg, where we are an integrated part of the active local community. We are also so privileged to have a large volunteer association. They come to the house weekly, which benefits residents, relatives and staff. It contributes to making more of our residents' wishes for activities and experiences possible.

We have 16 residents, spread over three floors, which provides a unique opportunity to create a secure everyday life in a home-like environment. As an employee with us you are primarily attached to one department, but we place a high value on us being a unified unit, which means we also work across departments.

All our residents require pedagogical support, care and nurturing to varying degrees. We work based on clear methods and professional approaches, which are part of the residents' structure and daily life.

The position includes rotating working hours; day and evening shifts and weekend work every 2nd weekend. Preferences regarding the number of day and evening shifts, as well as a workload between 25-37 hours, can be largely accommodated.
