Do you have a social or health professional education such as e.g. SSA, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist and do you want to work pedagogically with the citizen at the center? Then this might be you we are looking for!

At Habitushuset Gødstrup we want to create a holistic effort for our citizens, therefore we want to strengthen the interdisciplinary professionalism around our core task. Therefore we are looking for you who have a different background, understanding and knowledge than necessarily the pedagogical, but still wish to work based on the citizen's pedagogical development.

We are looking for you who want to bring your competencies into play and work dedicated to providing professional care for citizens with special needs. You will be motivated to see development in the citizen regardless of the level of development.

With us you will become a central part of a team where you take ownership of your tasks. You will become an important part of the house with the opportunity to make independent decisions, but also as a sparring partner for your colleagues and management.

In your team you will follow an annual wheel that provides time for professional deepening of the pedagogical effort as well as professional supervision. Your work is built up after fixed daily structures, but you will nevertheless never experience that two days are the same.

Your duties include, among other things

• To be the primary caregiver for our citizens
• Support them in daily life with everyday tasks (cleaning, cooking, personal care, etc.)
• Knowledge sharing with your colleagues and the management across the offering
• Documentation of your work so that handover to your colleagues becomes easy and clear
• Relational work

We expect that you are/ have

• A relevant social- or health-professional education.
• Experience in acting and being able to maintain an overview in challenging situations
• Experience and knowledge of autism as well as working with people with mental health challenges
• A professionalism that enables you to contribute your input regarding the citizen
• A high degree of empathy, honesty and willingness to take responsibility
• Driver's license B
