Become a pedagogue, 37 hours in the kindergarten, at Børnehuset Guldminen. After 11 good years in our house, a pedagogue has chosen to take a job closer to their own home, so we are now seeking a pedagogue. Børnehuset Guldminen currently has 110 children, 4 nursery groups and 3 kindergarten groups. Newly expanded and redecorated. Here you get preparation time and a high level of professionalism

Who are we? Our house is 16 years old, but was expanded a year ago. Our profile is sport, play and movement. Our pedagogy takes its starting point from the elements behind Marte Meo and ICDP. Almost everyone in the house has an ICDP qualification. So it is clear that relationships matter to us. We work with structure and collaboration between the rooms to offer all children a community with peers of the same age or in a group with children of different ages.

We are focused on the child’s perspective, the community, and the intention behind. Currently we work more systematically with the good reception and handing over of children and what it can mean for the child’s day in childcare.

What do we expect from you: You are a trained pedagogue, have a good overview and are keen to, in collaboration with two other pedagogues, set the direction for the room. You love working with children and have a positive view of people

• You have good collaboration skills, enjoy structure and clarity
• You have experience with early childhood education
• You place a high value on relationships
• You are committed to good parental collaboration
• Sport, play and movement are something you can see yourself in

What do we offer? The staff group consists of women and men, young and old and of different ethnicities. With us you get both a high professional work community, with opportunities for continuing and further education and a good social life within the staff group. Padel is played, movie evenings are arranged, daily play for the staff group, etc. Currently there are puzzles in the staff room during breaks.

We are seeking a 37-hour pedagogue, but we are flexible and you can influence your working hours. We are open from 6:15 to 16:45.
