Pedagogue, occupational therapist or social- and health care assistant wanted for Naturly – 37 hours

Do you want to help make a difference for young people – even when the day doesn’t go exactly as planned?

Naturly seeks a pedagogue, occupational therapist or social- and health care assistant for a permanent position of 37 hours per week at our children’s and youth home.

We are looking for you who can create calm, structure, relationship and development around young people who need adults who can both stand firm and be curious about what lies behind a behavior.

Who are we?

Naturly is a small private children’s and youth home with 5 places under the Child Welfare Act § 43 and 1 flexible place under the Social Services Act § 107.

Our target group is young people aged 12–22 years, who among other things may have ADHD/attention disorders, anxiety, stress burden, attachment difficulties and experiences of neglect.

We work with KRAP as a pedagogical method as well as a mentalizing and structured-pedagogical approach.

With us, professionalism should not only be described in a method description. It should be visible in everyday life, in the relation to the young person, in our reflections and in our documentation.

We are looking for you who

are educated as a pedagogue, occupational therapist or social- and health care assistant, and who want to work closely with young people, colleagues and management.

You may have experience from the overnight sector or with our target group, but the most important is that you are curious, stable, responsible and professionally reflective.

You must be able to stay calm when a young person struggles, be curious about what lies behind the behavior, and at the same time be clear about the boundaries that create security and predictability.

The position: Permanent employment, 37 hours per week.

Start: As soon as possible or by agreement.
