Do you have a twinkle in your eye, are quick to smile and eager for a varied daily life? Then you might be our new colleague!

Medin Private Clinic is rapidly developing, and we are therefore seeking a service-minded piccolo/piccoline to help make everyday life at the clinic run smoothly.

Your tasks include

• Receive patients and relatives at the reception.
• Answer phone calls from patients and relatives, take messages and pass them on to the appropriate colleague.
• Assist with archiving and light office work.
• Order supplies and put them in place.
• Help build and maintain order in our storage/stock system.
• Pick up medicines at the pharmacy.
• Scanning and data entry
• Take care of the small practical tasks that arise during the day.

Your closest collaborators will be the clinic's other staff, including a midwife, doctors, medical students, nurses and secretaries.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a twinkle in the eye and is good at talking to people.
• Is approachable and contributes to a good atmosphere.
• Is adaptable and can change direction when a new task appears.
• Takes responsibility and can see where a helping hand is needed.
• Works in a structured way and enjoys creating order and overview.

It is an advantage if you have completed a high school leaving exam or a business college education. A driving licence is also an advantage, as the job includes practical errands outside the clinic. Neither is a requirement.

With us you will have daily contact with both patients and colleagues. We are a clinic in development, so tasks can change along the way. Therefore it is important that you thrive on variation and are willing to take action, even when something wasn't planned.

Working hours and start

During the startup period there will be a need for more hours, as you will help build our storage/stock system. You will thus join the process from the start and have the opportunity to influence how we create a good and clear system.

Thereafter the working hours will be around 10 hours per week . The specific number of hours and the placement of the working time are agreed together.

The workplace is our clinic in Middelfart.
