Practice Consultant for Haderslev Municipality

Haderslev Municipality is seeking a practice consultant who can contribute to the continued, close and respectful collaboration between the municipality's general practitioners and the municipality's administrations.

As a practice consultant you will be an important link between your medical colleagues and the municipality. You should help ensure that knowledge is shared, that development opportunities are brought into play, and that challenges are solved together.

About the job

In close collaboration with the head of Health and Prevention, you will be tasked with supporting a smooth, trusting and constructive collaboration between Haderslev Municipality and the general practitioners. With your experience as a general practitioner, you should contribute with practice-based perspectives that can qualify the municipality's work, support joint solutions and strengthen the coherence in citizens' pathways.

You will also be an important sparring partner in the development and implementation of initiatives, among other things in relation to the aims of the health reform.

Your tasks

As a practice consultant you will among other things

• convey relevant knowledge and information from general practice to the municipality
• support the collaboration on the municipality's citizen- and patient pathways
• ensure that decisions and changed workflows with implications for general practice are communicated clearly to your medical colleagues
• collect and convey opinions and experiences from the general practitioners in Haderslev Municipality when new initiatives are to be discussed, tested or adjusted
• help prepare agendas for the two annual meetings of the municipal-medical committee and the annual theme meeting in the same regime.

There are collaboration meetings with the head of Health and Prevention held approximately every 8 weeks. The head of Health and Prevention will also be your primary contact at the municipality.

We expect that you

• have an ydernummer in Haderslev Municipality
• have solid experience from general practice
• can translate practice-based experience into constructive sparring and joint solutions
• communicate clearly and respectfully across professions and organizations.

Salary and employment conditions

Remuneration is in accordance with the hourly rate recommended by PLO. The hourly rate is 1,136.35.

The position is expected to be filled by 1 November 2026 or by agreement.

The position is normed to a maximum of 130 hours per year.
