Production and Quality Technician

Would you like to help ensure high quality and ongoing development of our production of DESKLINE profiles? We are seeking a technically strong profile who thrives at the intersection of quality, production and process optimization, and who wants to become part of our LINAK Profiles team in Ragebøl.

We are seeking a production and quality technician who will take a central role in the work with both quality management and production development. The position is twofold, where you will be responsible for handling customer and supplier complaints as well as for optimization and development of production equipment and processes.

You will be part of a strong professional environment with close collaboration across production, quality, development and purchasing, where you will have the opportunity to influence both daily operations and long-term improvement initiatives.

Your main responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate quality issues from customers and suppliers, including analysis, follow-up and implementation of corrective actions
• Prepare and facilitate 8D reports and ensure learning and preventive initiatives
• Be production-technical responsible for optimization and quality assurance of production processes and process equipment
• Prepare and maintain production data and technical documentation
• Drive optimization projects and participate in investments in new production equipment
• Contribute to development of effective processes with a focus on quality, stability and productivity
• Instruct and support the organization in product knowledge, quality and relevant working methods

We imagine that you

• have an education as a mechanical engineer, mechatronics engineer, production technologist, machinist, industrial technician or similar
• have experience with quality management, metrology and handling of complaints
• have solid experience from a production company, preferably within metalworking
• have knowledge of processes such as sawing, milling, welding, punching and surface treatment
• work in a structured way and have an analytical approach to problem solving
• have experience with Lean and continuous improvements
• are technically curious and thrive with both practical and administrative tasks
• take responsibility and create momentum in your own projects and tasks
• masters Danish and English in writing and speech. German would be an advantage
