Production coordinator with overview and drive sought for Roskilde!

You will be the central point of the daily production, where you allocate tasks, follow up on progress and help colleagues make everyday life function. You work closely with the production manager and actively participate in production yourself.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate today's tasks.
• Ensure progress and adherence to deadlines.
• Help and instruct colleagues and train new employees.
• Monitor quality, safety and order.
• Handle smaller operational problems and propose improvements.
• Report status and challenges to the person responsible for production.
• Actively participate in practical production work.

Professional Qualifications

• Experience from production, workshop or similar.
• Understanding of planning and coordination.
• A sense for quality, structure and safety.
• Ability to maintain an overview and find practical solutions.

Personal Qualifications We especially emphasize three qualities: curiosity, responsibility and humility.

You take initiative, follow up on agreements and collaborate well with others. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you should be eager to learn and develop.
