About the role

At Datainfrastruktur we are seeking a project assistant for our department in Kalundborg. We work with advanced solutions within IT infrastructure, fiber, PDS, DAS and data centers and we are looking for a colleague who is motivated by creating structure, coordinating tasks and contributing to our projects being completed efficiently and with high customer satisfaction.

As a project assistant you will be part of a project team consisting of a project manager and technicians who work closely together to create the best solutions for our customers. In time the role can develop into greater project responsibility or a project management role if it matches your ambitions.

Your primary tasks

• Support the project manager with administrative tasks
• Planning and coordination of resources
• Purchasing of materials and support to technicians
• Design and documentation of IT infrastructure projects
• Quality assurance and follow-up on occupational health and safety requirements
• Contribute to process optimization and ensure compliance with customer agreements
• Possibly drive smaller service tasks

Qualifications

You can come from several different backgrounds. Maybe you currently work as a technician and want to take the next step in your career. Maybe you already have experience from a coordinating or assistant project role.

• Have an interest in or experience with IT infrastructure, e.g., on fiber, PDS possibly DAS and data center solutions
• Work in a structured way and have an eye for detail
• Are good at creating an overview and coordinating many tasks simultaneously
• Thrive in collaboration with both customers, technicians and colleagues
• Have a focus on quality and follow tasks through to the end
• Have an understanding of project economics, work environment and documentation
• Good IT skills, including experience with the Office suite and Dalux

If you are a trained electrician we see it as an advantage, but it is not a requirement.
