Production worker for soldering and assembly

On behalf of a manufacturing company in Greater Copenhagen, ScanPeople is seeking a production worker who will work with soldering, cable assembly and various mechanical assembly tasks. You will be part of a small team with experienced colleagues, where the focus is on good craftsmanship and quality in the finished work.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Soldering will be a significant part of your daily work, and it is therefore important that you already have experience with this. In addition you will work with various manual assembly tasks that require precision and technical understanding.

Your duties will include

• Soldering of components and connections
• Assembly of connectors on cables and cable fabrication
• Mechanical assembly and fitting tasks
• Assembly of battery packs
• Inspection of your own work with a focus on quality and proper execution
• Other practical tasks in production

If you have previously worked with soldering under a microscope, that is advantageous, but not required.

YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Your experience with soldering is the most important starting point for the position. You do not need to have a specific educational background, but you must have your hands-on skills and be able to work precisely with small components and technical assembly tasks.

You are not expected to know all products or processes in advance. Through on-the-job training you will be introduced to the concrete tasks and methods.
