Production Technologist sought for an exciting manufacturing company

Akurat A/S is seeking on behalf of a client a skilled and solution-oriented production technology professional who can help ensure an efficient production and develop the company's work processes.

The company is located in Karup.

Your tasks

You will get a diverse role with a focus on the sheet metal department, where your primary tasks will be:

• Programming of sheet laser and working with technical drawings
• Production planning and optimization of workflows, material consumption and production times
• Pricing calculations and preparation of quotes and orders
• Customer contact and follow-up on quotes and orders
• Technical sparring with production and development and implementation of new production methods

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Are educated as production technologist or have an equivalent technical background
• Have experience with sheet metal processing and preferably programming a laser cutter
• Have knowledge of CAD, technical drawings and production processes
• Are strong in mathematics and have experience with Excel
• Work in a structured, independent manner and think quickly in practical solutions
• Thrive on customer contact and collaboration across departments
