Do you want to make a difference for citizens with complex challenges – and at the same time help raise professionalism in everyday practice?

In Ringsted Municipality we are looking for a professionally strong and engaged coordinator who is passionate about co-creating quality, direction and development in the work with citizens in our §85 24-hour service.

About us and the target group

With us you will become part of a 24-hour service with a broad and interesting target group. We work with citizens with psychiatry, substance abuse, ASD and functional impairments. Common to our work is that we believe in:

We work with recovery-oriented rehabilitation and a high degree of citizen involvement – and we take pride in meeting the citizen where they are.

Your role as a Professional Coordinator

You will be a central driving force in ensuring that our professionalism is not just something we talk about – but something we do every day.

You are close to both colleagues and practice, and you help create coherence between professional direction, daily operations and development.

Your tasks

• Ensure a high and consistent professional quality in the §85 effort.
• Support and develop the professional approach in daily life.
• Contribute to the work with goals, sub-goals and meaningful documentation in Nexus.
• Participate in collaboration with authorities, relatives and external partners.
• Work with implementation of methods such as recovery-oriented rehabilitation and structured pedagogy.
• Help create direction, overview and coherence in a complex everyday life.

You are professionally grounded and motivated to make a difference – for both citizens and colleagues.

We envision that you

• Have a social science education (social educator, social worker or similar).
• Have experience from the §85 area – preferably from a 24-hour service.
• Have worked with the target group / psychiatry, substance abuse, ASD and functional impairments.
• Have a rehabilitative and recovery-oriented approach.
• Are clear, reflective and good at building relationships.
• Can create structure and direction without losing flexibility.
• Thrive in a daily life where no two days are the same.
