Project Manager

Project manager for internal construction projects. Take on a role as an independent project manager in a Nordic logistics company with its own construction department.

TA Logistics and Frode Laursen are looking for a project manager who will take on the responsibility as project manager for construction projects on our properties in Denmark, Germany and Sweden. You will be part of our construction department of 12 employees, who are responsible for new construction, renovation and maintenance of our logistics properties. All new construction and renovations are carried out according to our Green Warehouse Vision.

As project manager you will report to the building manager, and will carry out new builds and renovations on our existing properties. In addition, your task is to ensure cost-effective solutions.

You will have a fixed workplace in Vitten near Aarhus, but should expect about 20 travel days in the Nordic region per year. Today Frode Laursen owns approximately 700,000 m2 of logistics properties, as well as a large number of rental apartments. The number of logistics properties and apartments is expected to increase significantly in the coming years. Over the last 5–8 years we have planned and carried out the construction of about 250,000 m2 of new logistics properties in the Nordic region. In addition, there are a large number of renovation projects of both logistics, office and residential properties.

Drive construction projects from start to finish.

Budgeting and obtaining bids for construction tasks.

Ensure handover of new construction to internal operations.

Your profile

We imagine that you have an education as a building engineer or building constructor with several years of experience in project and construction management.

You are motivated by working on several projects at once and take pride in delivering a construction project that meets both the agreed time and scope.

You can, preferably, communicate in English and German (written and spoken) or just one of the languages.
