Job

In the role of project manager you will be tasked with strengthening project management on construction sites and ensuring an efficient and professional execution of the projects. In the soil and sewerage department you will have an independent role as the primary project manager on construction sites.

You do not get formal management responsibility, but you will be responsible for professional leadership and sparring with the hourly paid employees as well as ensuring good coordination in daily operations. In addition, you must ensure structure and follow-up on delivery notes as well as ongoing documentation.

On a daily basis you drive the projects and act as the link between the office's overarching project managers and the execution on the construction site.

Your profile

We are seeking a profile with solid experience from a similar position in a company within the soil, sewer and civil engineering sector.

It would be an advantage if you have leadership experience.

You have experience with Rover and are familiar with the MS Office 365 suite as well as knowledge of ERP systems and MS Project.

You master Danish and English in both written and spoken form.

The job refers to the head of department for the soil and sewer department.

The department consists of about 16 employees including two full-time constructors who handle design and drafting, a full-time estimator, and the rest in the "field".
