About the job

  • Permanent position
  • Application deadline: 30.10.2026

Location: Herlev and Roskilde

Do you want to help lead some of the country’s most exciting and complex construction projects – and create solutions that make a real difference in everyday life?

Norconsult is seeking a skilled and responsible multidisciplinary project manager for our office in Herlev. Here you will be part of a strong multidisciplinary environment, where we combine engineering disciplines, architecture and digital insight – and where together we create projects that improve everyday life for users and cities on a daily basis.

About the role

As a project manager at Norconsult you will be responsible for leading and managing your own construction projects through the entire design process – from the early planning phases to execution and handover. You ensure progress, quality, economy and collaboration across the project’s stakeholders and serve as the natural hub for our internal project team.

You will typically have full project manager responsibility for smaller and medium-sized projects, while on larger and more complex projects you may serve as project manager under a project director with responsibility for the overall project organization.

You work closely with clients, contractors, architects and authorities and are a clear and trust-building partner who creates momentum and good relations across stakeholders.

Your tasks

  • Leading and managing your own construction projects from idea to handover.
  • Preparation and follow-up on schedules, finances and resources.
  • Coordination of multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Dialogue with clients, contractors, advisors and authorities.
  • Ensuring the project’s progress, quality and deliverables.
  • Management of project economics, risks and changes within the project scope.
  • Planning and conducting project and design meetings.
  • Contributing to the development of good collaborative relationships and high customer satisfaction.

About you

You are an engineer and have several years of experience in project management.

You have worked closely with discipline engineers and have an understanding of the technical interfaces in the various phases of the construction. You are used to making decisions, creating momentum and taking responsibility for your projects.

You are familiar with project economics, contract terms including AB18, ABR18 and ABT18.

You are a strong communicator who thrives on building relationships – with employees, colleagues and external partners.

You are structured, detail-oriented and can maintain an overview at the same time. You have good collaboration and communication skills, work independently, solution-oriented and persistent in projects with many stakeholders and changing requirements.

We offer

A challenging and diverse position with the opportunity to make your mark on meaningful projects. You will have a high degree of autonomy, a strong professional environment with skilled colleagues and projects that match your experience and ambition. In addition:

  • good professional and personal development opportunities
  • a strong professional environment with experienced and dedicated colleagues
  • a relaxed and pleasant environment in bright, lovely offices
  • competitive salary that matches your qualifications
  • employee share program, pension and health scheme
  • an active staff association including, among other things, a ski trip and a cycling club
