Project Manager for the Telephony Team in Group IT

In the Telephony Team we are looking for a project manager with organizational and administrative competencies. • work with procurement and implementation projects as well as cross-cutting projects in the service area

Your responsibilities

• execution of a portfolio of operations optimization projects within the tele- and 5G area (e.g., contact center solution, IP telephony, 5G private network, applications and analytics tools)
• assist with supplier management and financial management in relation to the projects
• take over the project management on procurement projects, e.g. transition and contact center procurement and SMS solution procurement
• lead current development projects within telephony and 5G
• participate in implementation projects of new solutions

It is additionally positively valued that you

• have experience with implementation and project management of infrastructure projects and solutions; experience with IT solutions in larger organizations, e.g., tele or 5G, is an advantage but not a requirement
• have understanding of public organizations
• are good at handling stakeholders
• have experience with producing project materials for public organizations, are used to working with steering committees and are familiar with Prince2 and agile methods

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and within the framework of local pay formation.

The position is 37 hours per week with family-friendly hours and flex time.

Your workplace will be Corporate IT on Borups Allé in Copenhagen NV.

The work requires that you master Danish in both written and spoken form and, as a rule, are based at Corporate IT's office at Fuglebakken on Borups Allé. In addition, there will be days where you must perform your work at other municipal locations on Zealand.
