About the job

At Artelia Environment & Nature we work with the full spectrum of environmental tasks. When we clean up contaminated soil and secure groundwater, it's not just about technology and authorities processes. It's about creating safe and healthy premises for the people who will live and reside in the areas we work with.

We advise and manage projects with high professional integrity, where our solutions both address the acute environmental challenges and contribute to long-term value for society. From pre-classification and indoor climate protection to planning and implementation of mitigation measures – we take responsibility all the way.

As a project manager or technical lead with us you will become part of an environment where professionalism is high, and where we every day work to unite quality, responsibility, and sustainability in the management of soil, water, and indoor climate.

Your role – your footprint

As a technical lead/project manager you will be responsible for running your own projects from start to finish. You will write investigation briefs, plan pre-classifications and handle applications under § 8 and § 19 – and you ensure that the conditions are adhered to in practice.

You will be the one who keeps the threads together: from dialogue with authorities to coordination with clients and contractors. At the same time you will internally have a key role, where you delegate and support colleagues in concrete professional tasks. If it matches your profile and ambitions, you can also take on a lead technical role, where you both ensure quality and help develop the team.

Everything you do is driven by the desire to create solutions that are not only compliant with the law – but that ensure healthy housing and sustainable frameworks for future generations.

Your profile

  • You have 5–10 years of experience in soil, groundwater, environmental technology or related areas
  • You have solid project management experience and thrive on taking responsibility and ensuring progress
  • You have experience with regulatory contact and can prepare applications and briefs with high professional quality
  • You master Danish in writing and speaking at a level that ensures precise and professional communication in reports and in dialogue with authorities and partners
  • You are structured, independent and good at collaboration – and you can lead and motivate others
  • You are trained as an environmental engineer, geologist or similar with a focus on soil and groundwater contamination
