Project Manager

Project Manager for internal construction projects. Take a role as an independent project manager in a Nordic logistics company with its own construction department. Newly created position. TA Logistics and Frode Laursen are seeking a project manager who will take the responsibility as project manager for construction projects on our properties in Denmark, Germany and Sweden.

You will become part of our construction department of 12 employees, which are responsible for new builds, renovations and maintenance of our logistics properties. All new construction and renovations are carried out in line with our Green Warehouse Vision. As a project manager you report to the Building Manager, and will carry out new builds and renovations on our existing properties. It is your task to ensure cost-effective solutions.

You will have a fixed workplace in Vitten near Aarhus, but should expect about 20 travel days in the Nordics per year. Today Frode Laursen owns approx. 700,000 m2 of logistics properties, as well as a large number of rental housing. The number of logistics properties and housing is expected to increase significantly in the coming years. In the last 5-8 years we have planned and carried out the construction of about 250,000 m2 of new logistics properties in the Nordics ourselves.

In addition comes a large number of renovation projects of logistics, office, and residential properties. Your role • Drive construction projects from start to finish. Budgeting and obtaining quotations for construction tasks. Ensure handover of new construction to internal operations. Your profile We envision that you have an education as Building Constructor or Building Engineer with a few years of experience within project and construction management.

You are motivated by working on multiple projects at a time and take pride in delivering a construction project that meets both the agreed time and scope. You may communicate in English and German (written and spoken) or just one of the languages.
