Project Manager for Building Services: Craftsmanship and Service You Can Count On

At Hartvig Gruppen A/S we are seeking a project manager for building services who will handle the whole experience: from the first site visit and an honest price to a team that works properly, and a handover the customer wants to tell others about.

ABOUT US

Good craftsmanship is not negotiable. Whoever you meet – on a construction site or on the phone – you will meet a high professional standard and, most importantly, the same respect for the customer's home and construction site. The same applies across tasks, whether it is an insurance claim, a wall to be painted, or a turnkey project.

That has been the case since 2010, when it was just Anders Hartvig and a van. Today we are more than 70 colleagues across carpenters, masons, painters, joiners and administration – but we still go to work every day with the same attitude: we do it properly.

What we most want to be known for is still the same as in 2010: to do a proper and honest piece of work – together. As a project manager for building services you will be part of the community. It is you who ensures that what we promise the customer is also what the customer gets.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS

As a project manager for building service at Hartvig Gruppen A/S you report to the department head and are responsible for:

• Your own cases from contract to handover, from smaller service tasks to larger renovations
• Leadership of your own team of carpenters, bricklayers, painters, joiners and apprentices
• Finances, schedule and quality on your cases

And you will work on, among other things

• Inspect new tasks and give the customer a clear price, including add-ons along the way
• Keep the customer informed, even when nothing special is happening
• Set the plan for your team and lead them day-to-day
• Monitor economy and quality all the way to handover

YOUR PROFILE

We imagine that you are a trained carpenter or bricklayer and have a good eye for both detail and the customer. You can explain a timeline in a way that is easy to understand, and you find it natural to call the customer, even when nothing special is happening. If you have led craftsmen before, that is an advantage. If you want to become a leader, we will help you get started.

You have a standard car driving licence (B) and you speak and write Danish. WE OFFER

You will receive thorough onboarding, where you get to know our cases, systems and partners with an experienced colleague by your side. We will develop you as a leader so you can give your team the same great experiences you give customers. You will become part of a project management team of 8 colleagues and receive a company car with yellow plates.

The position is 37 hours per week, and your primary workplace will be at our office in Gentofte.
